Sales / Business Development Freelancer (Commission-Based)
We are looking for an independent Sales / Business Development Freelancer who can help us generate new business opportunities and close deals for our PR & Digital Marketing services. This role is performance-based, with earnings purely on revenue percentage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads for PR, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Website Development, and Branding services
- Pitch company services to potential clients via calls, meetings, WhatsApp, email, or social platforms
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for proposals
- Follow up with prospects and close deals
- Maintain a basic record of leads, follow-ups, and closures
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions
Revenue Model:
- Commission-based payout (percentage of revenue generated)
- Commission will be paid after client payment realization
- No fixed salary or retainer
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience or interest in sales, business development, or client servicing
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing / PR services (preferred)
- Self-motivated and result-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently without supervision
