Job Overview:
The Media Troop is hiring an experienced PR Executive to join our team. If you have at least 6 months
of PR experience and a passion for building brand reputation, we want to hear from you.

Position Details:

• Job Title: PR Executive
• Shift: Day
• Location: Tilak Rd, Pune
• Number of Positions: 1
• Salary: INR 8000 - 12,000/- per Month

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective PR strategies and campaigns.
2. Create and distribute PR materials to media outlets.
3. Build relationships with media representatives and influencers.
4. Monitor media coverage and provide reports.
5. Coordinate PR events and interviews.
6. Ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
8. Manage social media presence.
   Requirements:

1. 6 months of PR experience.
2. Strong communication and networking skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure.
4. Familiarity with media monitoring and social media tools.
5. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. Organizational and time management skills.
7. Bachelor's/Masters degree in PR or related field.

Our Office Location

Eligibility - Candidates must be enrolled in or have completed a degree program in journalism, communications, or a related field.

Job Role

• Research and investigate news stories
• Conduct interviews with a variety of people
• Write clear, concise, and accurate news articles under tight deadlines
• Fact-check information to ensure accuracy
• Develop and maintain relationships with sources
• Collaborate with editors to ensure work meets publication’s standards
• Adhere to ethical standards in journalism

Office Time: 9.30am to 6:30pm

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work alongside the team to create a plan for social media strategies monthly

2. Assist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness through various social media platforms

3. Monitor postings & coordinate with graphic designer job & content writer

4. Interact with followers and potential customers on comments

5. Writing social media captions

6. Assist in research, development, Ad campaign, and curation of content ideas

7. Planning and executing social media, SEO, and ad campaigns

Required Qualifications

1. Have a passion for the world of social media marketing and digital marketing

2. Completed Digital Marketing Course

3. 0-6 months of social media management experience

4. Good time management skills
