Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into clients for our digital marketing, public relations, and advertising services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, social media, and networking.
- Conduct daily calls to targeted audiences and follow up regularly with potential leads.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our agency’s services and solutions.
- Organize meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and propose customized solutions.
- Maintain and update the sales database with accurate and up-to-date information on leads, prospects, and sales activities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the agency’s revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to the management team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in digital marketing, public relations, or advertising.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
